X Factor stars Union J are one of the big headlines at the Newark Festival 2014.
Newark Festival begins on Friday, June 20, with 80s pop legends The Human League joining X Factor stars Union J, Rough Copy and Luke Friend at the three-day event.
The action begins when gates open at 5.30pm on Friday. Several support acts take the stage before Rough Copy (7.50pm start), Luke Friend (8.35 start) and Union J (9.30pm start) entertain the crowd.

On Saturday, gates are open from 4pm and the evening has a very 1980s feel. Heaven 17 start their performance at 6.30pm, followed by Marc Almond (7.30pm) and then The Human League (9pm).

There is an eclectic mix on Sunday, including a Postman Pat live show, the Newark Choral Society and a firework display.

In the run-up to the event, Rough Copy visited Magnus Academy in Newark to perform and answer questions from pupils.

Tickets for the Newark Festival 2014 are still available through Ticketmaster, by visiting Newark Town Hall or by calling 0844 844 0444.

Weekend tickets are £30 single and £100 for a family (two adults and two children) covering Friday and Saturday.

Curfew on all three days is 10.15pm.

Single night tickets are £25 for Union J, £29.50 for The Human League, or £75 for a family ticket (two adults and two children) for either night.
