FAHEY On April 18, 2014, Luke, passed away in Lincoln County Hospital. My loving son, I love you so much, I can't bare to be without you. Luke, you may have slipped away but you will always be my world, my life, my everything, one day we will meet again. You will never be forgotten, your broken hearted Mum, Dale, Kate, Isaac and Elizabeth. Funeral to take place at Grantham Crematorium, on May 6, at 12.30pm.
