We are currently recruiting for an experienced legal secretary to assist with the delivery of legal services for our Newark Office. The position is offered on a full time permanent basis (office hours 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.)
The role will be supporting and assisting solicitors and include typing, producing legal documentation, file management, making appointments, diary management, dealing with clients and third parties, answering queries where possible, and general office administration.
The ideal candidate must have a solid legal secretarial background, good communication skills, fast and accurate keyboard skills, be confident with IT systems and digital dictation, and demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, initiative, and self-confidence.
