Active 8 Managed Technologies is an award-winning Print Management, IT and Solutions provider with regional offices located across the South, East Anglia, Midlands and London.

The Job:



We are a new business! We cannot rely on selling to our existing customers so we need help to get our experienced sales team in front of opportunities. That is where you come in….. we have a database across all our offices. We need someone who can lead from the front, make appointments themselves and motivate a team to follow in your footsteps. It will be a challenge, but will gain the adulation of the existing sales people.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership - manage, target and develop a successful telesales team

Database – ensure our customer database (CRM) is maintained, utilised and optimised correctly

Products & Services - develop a working knowledge of Products and Services within the team

Events – be a fundamental support in the organisation and planning of all outside events such as exhibitions


Personal Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a Sales / Customer Service / Telesales environment essential, ideally at supervisory level
  • A sound knowledge of the CRM Customer Database system preferred
  • Excellent organizational and customer-facing skills
  • Sound Microsoft office skills particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible approach
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Excellent Team player
  • Confident and assertive

SALARY UP TO £24-£30k OTE depending on experience




Working hours can be flexible for this role e.g. to work around school hours, for the right candidate

You will use your friendly and persuasive nature to get our experienced sales team in front of new customers, and ultimately win business. A rewarding and challenging role requiring excellent telephone skills, a flexible approach, an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service, a keen eye for detail and accuracy, organisational skills and a desire for continuous improvement. You must have an excellent telephone manner - previous telesales experience is not essential.


SALARY UP TO £18-£24k OTE pro-rata
