LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BRANT BROUGHTON – HIGH STREET) (30MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Lincolnshire County Council has made an
Order under their powers contained in the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of
which will be to restrict the speed of vehicles
to 30mph on High Street for a further 80
metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will come into operation on 25 June
2018 and a copy of the Order and a plan
showing the lengths of road concerned with a
Statement of Reasons for making the Order
may be inspected at the offices of Lincolnshire
County Council, Lancaster House, 36 Orchard
Street, Lincoln, LN1 1XX, and the offices of
North Kesteven District Council, during normal
office hours.
Any person who desires to question the
validity of the Order or of any provision
contained therein on the grounds that it is not
within the powers conferred by the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds
that any requirement of the Act or of any
instrument made under it has not been
complied with in relation to the Order may
within 6 weeks after 18 June 2018 make
application to the High Court for this purpose.
