THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (ST PETERS CLOSE, FARNDON) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018 (NK216-18)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Nottinghamshire County Council intends
not less than seven days from the date of
this Notice to make an Order, under Section
14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984. The effects will be in respect of a
road at Farndon in the District of Newark
and Sherwood:
1. No person shall cause any
vehicle to proceed in the
following length of road: -
St Peters Close, for its whole
length.
IT IS INTENDED that the prohibition
respecting the above road or roads will
apply as follows (as and when legally
signed):
From 07:30 hours on Monday 15th October
2018 until 16:00 hours on Saturday
17th November 2018 inclusive.
The Order will come into force on Monday
15th October 2018 and any prohibition
in it shall apply on that day and any
subsequent day when necessary to enable
works to be carried out. The Order
shall continue in force until the works are
completed (within a maximum period of
18 months).
The prohibition is required to enable Via
East Midlands Ltd to carry out footway
resurfacing work.
