NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council HAS MADE an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be on the following roads in Newark in the District of Newark & Sherwood: -1. to prohibit waiting at any time at the following locations,Cafferata Way (East Side)From its junction with Beacon Hill Road in a northerly direction for a distance of 10 metres From a point 40 metres north of its junction with Beacon Hilll Road in a north easterly direction for a distance of 60 metres From a point 128 metres north of its junction with Beacon Hill Road in a north westerly direction for to its furthest extremity Cafferata Way (West Side)From its junction with Beacon Hill Road to its furthest extremity including the south west facing turning headRelevant documents may be inspected at the locations below (a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7QP.(b) Newark Library, Balderton Gate, Newark, NG24 1UW The aim of the scheme is to improve visibility and access to Cafferata Way for HGVs that are currently having issues accessing properties and making manoeuvres at the roads turning head.THE ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 8th May 2018 Improvements Manager Via East Midlands Limited Major Projects and Improvements County Hall, West Bridgford Nottingham, NG2 7QP
