COMBES On March 26, 2016, Brenda, passed away peacefully in Newark Hospital, after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. A wonderful wife, lovely mum and much loved nanna. Forever in our thoughts xxx Funeral service at St Giles Church, Balderton, on Monday April 11, at 1pm, followed by cremation at Sherwood Forest Crematorium, Ollerton.

COMBES On March 24, 2018, Ernest Leslie, in Lincoln County Hospital, aged 91 years. A much loved and very special dad to Linda and father-in-law to Stefan and beloved grandad to Martyn and wife Carol. He will be sadly missed by us all, but will stay in our hearts forever, until we meet again. The funeral service will be held at Lincoln Crematorium, on Tuesday, April 24, at 11.50am. Donations to be divided between the Stroke Association and British Heart Foundation, c/o Jonathan Whiting Funeral Directors, Lincoln.

Much loved husband of Sheila, loving dad of Susan, father-in-law of Mark and devoted grandad of Lewis, Oliver and Ruby. Funeral service at St Leonard's Church, Newark, on Wednesday, January 17, at 11am, followed by interment at Newark Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to E. Gill and Sons Ltd.
